Structure
Mentoring is not just a conversation - it is a clear system with goals, a process, and a result.
MyStrengths
I help companies create and implement an internal mentoring culture - from program design and mentor training to daily support and closure that motivates them to continue.
Mentoring is not just a test or a one-time conversation – it is a structured development process tailored to each person's situation.

Listening and creating space;
Ask open-ended questions;
Give constructive feedback.

A clear structure for leading meetings;
Tools for formulating goals;
An approach to solving difficult situations.

The art of questions;

Designed for companies that want to develop their people, strengthen internal knowledge sharing, and build a culture of growth.
For leaders who want to develop their teams and support employee growth through mentoring.
For organizations that are scaling and need structured ways to transfer knowledge and develop people.
For those responsible for employee development and internal programs.
Mentoring program is not just a test or a one-time conversation – it is a structured development process tailored to each person's situation.
A short conversation to understand your situation, goals, and challenges.
Together we create a structure and a period plan.
Mentor training and mentee preparation.
Regular sessions and support throughout the period.
Shared reflection and next steps.
Mentoring costs depend on the size of the team, the scope of work, and the chosen development process. We will agree on a specific offer after the initial introductory call.
Each person is unique, so results and recommendations are tailored to each team individually.
Many companies try to implement mentoring by bringing together senior and junior employees with good intentions but no structure. The result: meetings become irregular, mentors feel insecure, mentees don't get what they expect. Good will is no substitute for a system.
Mentoring is not just a skill - it’s an investment in the people who will stay.

Circle K Business Centre has successfully collaborated with Igor Rautmanis to implement two Gallup StrengthsFinder development programs for Business Centre managers and employees. Currently, with Igor's help, we have launched StrengthsFinder training, introducing the StrengthsFinder approach to all Business Centre employees and managers. Managers and employees get the opportunity to discover their strengths through the StrengthsFinder survey and training. This helps to use the strengths and full potential of team members and become a better team. We have received excellent feedback from employees and managers who have become familiar with this approach. Teams that have not yet participated in the training are eagerly waiting for time to be reserved in their calendars for this training. In parallel with the StrengthsFinder training, we have also engaged Igor to implement the Circle K Business Center Riga management group development program. We started with identifying and applying the strengths of the management team to strengthen the team, and continued with refreshing our company's mission, vision and goals through the StrengthsFinder approach. During our cooperation, Igors has shown himself to be a very knowledgeable and versatile StrengthsFinder Guru, who, using the StrengthsFinder concept, is able to guide employees and the company towards identifying and achieving its goals and needs. We are happy that Latvia has such a world-class professional as Igors. We plan to use his expertise and experience in the future as well.

The StrengthsFinder training led by Igor has given me the opportunity to understand myself, to get along with others, and has also allowed me to find answers to the question – if everyone involved in the team only wants the best result, then why don’t we just not achieve the goal we set? And why do we end up arguing and not understanding each other even more? I experienced a big “WOW” when, through the training led by Igor, I finally understood – why my friend is always late with a clear and quick answer… And it hasn’t changed for 17(!) years! As an achiever, it’s so obvious to me to make a decision right away, rather than waiting for something. And when it doesn’t happen, I feel inner discomfort. But it turns out that my friend needs time to think and weigh it before making a decision. That’s his essence and strength. Learning about it through the training gives me the opportunity to throw out an idea and give him time. And then we end up making the best decision together, because it has been considered, thought through, and often we make the final decision differently than I had initially imagined. And here I experienced two benefits, namely, we have made a better decision, and there is understanding in our mutual relationships. Or another example from my family. I am not naturally gifted at building relationships. I can go to a formal reception even at the President's and it will seem like a complete waste of time. However, my wife will get to know almost all possible guests at a similar event and will get satisfaction from it. And here there are even three benefits, namely - I know - what and to whom to delegate which responsibilities; I can do what gives me fulfillment at that time; and we can talk to each other much better again, because StrengthsFinder has given us a language in which to understand each other. If you think about it - what could be more important in this life, namely - how to learn to understand those closest to us and to be understood yourself! I definitely recommend trying this. It's like opening a treasure chest! And Igor is a truly special teacher. He knows how to explain complex things in a way that makes them practical.

StrengthsFinder first of all helped me, as a company manager, understand why I succeed in something and why some areas “skid”. StrengthsFinder helps me understand how to manage myself – in which areas I need to “accelerate” and at what point I need to “slow down” so that development does not stop. I can say the same about the company as a whole – why we are so far along in the company’s development and why we sometimes get stuck on the same questions. Igors is convincing when working with the team, knows how to keep the audience’s attention and be relevant, and also knows how to listen. The team felt better and heard in a different way after the sessions. The topic of teamwork was very useful, where we saw how the toxic triangle and the cooperation triangle work.

I am pleased to highly recommend the training course “My Strengths” led by Igors Rautmanis, which was successfully held at GASTRO CENTRS, the largest private outpatient gastroenterology clinic in Baltics. This course was organized for leaders of medical departments and provided a structured and insightful approach to personal and professional development, with a strong focus on identifying and leveraging individual strengths in leadership practice. It enabled participants to better understand themselves and others, which is essential for effective collaboration and leadership. A key value of the course was its practical impact on improving communication within individual leaders and teams. Participants gained tools to communicate more clearly, constructively, and efficiently in daily professional settings in gastroenterology and medicine in general. Importantly, the course also supports organizations in identifying and selecting the most suitable team leaders by recognizing individual strengths, leadership potential, and interpersonal competencies. Igors Rautmanis demonstrated excellent facilitation skills, combining clear theoretical frameworks with interactive exercises that encouraged self-reflection and team engagement. The training was highly relevant to real-world leadership challenges in medicine and contributed to strengthening both individual performance and overall team dynamics at GASTRO CENTRS. I strongly recommend this training for organizations seeking to enhance leadership quality, communication, and team effectiveness through a strengths-based approach.
